Today I (Søren) handed in five applications for my internship that begins in february. It's hard to try to sell yourself like that, and I spent most of the past week trying to make the applications as good as possible.
Tuesday next week I go to Århus, where all the internships are ditributed in one day. There are 250 journalism students and 260 internships to take from, so everyone's bound to get a spot. But of course we all hope for the best. I applied for 24Timer (a free paper), Ekstra Bladet (a paper for investigative journalism), Musikprogrammet (a TV show about music), DAGBLADET Roskilde (The local paper in Roskilde) and Nyhedsmagasinet Danske Kommuner, where I was in a miniature internship for two weeks, as you may know.
